TeamLogic IT outperforms other IT companies that we have had in the past in terms of communication and presence! 

The greatest benefit to our company since having TeamLogic IT as our IT provider has been the high level of support that a medium- sized company such as ours cannot have in-house, specifically network architecture, engineering and troubleshooting. I also am grateful to have a backup for issues when I’m not available.

TeamLogic IT outperforms other IT companies that we have had in the past in terms of communication and presence. I can always reach somebody.  TeamLogic IT also takes the time to explain what we are doing and why we should do it.  My previous vendor was always upselling things.  I never fully trusted that I needed what they were selling and felt like they counted on my lack of knowledge to take advantage.  I also feel like the entire team has a strong knowledge of our systems so that no matter who I reach they are able to jump in and begin to help. Another thing is that the team isn’t aloof, other IT companies make you feel dumb for asking questions.
